Ball was coming off a triple-double against the Lakers the last time out, and he ended just one rebound and two assists away from recording that feat in back-to-back contests for the first time in his career.
While the 12 points represent Ball's third-worst scoring output of the campaign, he's been playing at a very high level this year and is doing far more than just scoring. Through 13 games, he's averaging Carey totaled 15 points FG, 3Pt, FT , four rebounds, one assist and one steal in 19 minutes during Saturday's loss to the Birmingham Squadron.
Despite going 0-for-3 from three, Carey was still efficient from the field Saturday. The 6-foot-9 center was able to score a team-high 15 points in just 19 minutes of action. After taking 22 shots en route to a point explosion during his first game with Greensboro, Thor only took seven shots Saturday.
